The Oxford Real Farming Conference is a programme of the Real Farming Trust, a small charity entering an exciting period of growth and now looking for two new trustees.
The need to change our food system has never been greater, but as we have seen over the last seven days at ORFC Global, with over 5,000 delegates from 80 countries, the tide is turning and the movement is gaining momentum.
There is still much to do, though; we need to be ambitious if we are to bring about the changes needed.
If you are a radical and strategic thinker who can help to guide the Trust through the exciting and challenging times ahead, we would like to hear from you.
The Trust works to rethink food and farming from first principles; to build and support a new generation of farmers, food producers and sellers; and to establish ‘real farming’ that provides good food for everyone forever, without cruelty or injustice and without adversely affecting other people and the biosphere.
