This workshop is aimed at food traders of all shapes and sizes, especially farmers and growers just starting out with selling, or anyone wanting to learn about sustainable sourcing, broadening your product range, and working with other producers. We will workshop: Principles of sustainability in food; How to find other producers near you; Building relationships (pricing, products, logistics); and Marketing. There will also be a chance for networking with other traders and producers.
