Disability affects us all — whether now or some time in the future. Yet the food and farming sector is almost exclusively set up for the able-bodied. To build a resilient and inclusive agroecological movement we must dive deeper into what access and ableism mean, as well as who and how it impacts the most. Join the Community Food Growers Network for a first of its kind at ORFC — a workshop focussing on disability justice within the Food and Farming movement in the UK — sharing reflections from their Disability Justice (DJ) Learning Circle through this space to take a breather, go gently and enter into this vital conversation in a way that embodies care for our selves, bodies and each other.
