WORKSHOP: Farm to Fork

How can farmers develop a hospitality customer base they can depend upon? And how can hospitality source from small scale suppliers and complex supply chains, yet still deliver exciting, consistent dining experiences that meet and exceed guest expectations? The aim of this workshop is to create a practical operational framework, whether that is the form of a procurement policy or supplier agreements that can be used to build, strengthen and grow short supply chains.
