Re-Alliance is a global network of INGOs and community practitioners using regenerative approaches to disaster, displacement and development. Our members are involved in innovations in food growing, reforestation, and enhancing biodiversity, particularly in camp or settlement contexts. We are currently working with landscape architects and experienced humanitarian responders to produce a framework for camp design that takes into account the importance of food production, DAY 1 – THURSDAY 4TH JANUARY DAY 1 – THURSDAY 4TH JANUARY 14 #ORFC24 Share your highlights on X @ORFC and Instagram @oxfordrealfarmingconference orfc.org.uk 15 green space, social cohesion and trauma recovery. This workshop will share some examples from among our members of how permaculture design and regenerative food growing has been applied in similar situations and how current camp design can aid or inhibit this. We will invite participants to apply their knowledge of regenerative agriculture, landscape and water flows to help vision what an ideal camp context might look like and how best to put this into practice.
