A space for land based workers, prospective and experienced, to come together using words and movement to share experience, stories, strategy, rage and joy. We want to co-create radically honest, cross-generational conversations with you around working conditions, class, race, disability, mental health and ageing within land work and talk about how we can improve conditions and feel more connected through Trade Union organising and activism. Please note: this is a worker, or prospective worker only space. Those with hiring and firing power are asked kindly to respect the need for a dedicated space for workers to organise.
