ORFC 2027 7 – 8 Jan
Over the past 3 years, Pasture for Life has been running ‘Pasture and Profit in Protected Landscapes’, a £1.75m project funded by DEFRA’s Farming in Protected Landscapes scheme via 18 National Parks and Landscapes across England. At the centre of these projects was farmer-farmer mentoring, delivered by 93 farmer mentors, alongside a series of events and support. The project makes the overwhelming case for further support for farmer-farmer knowledge exchange. We’ll hear from Pasture for Life, the project’s academic evaluator, Lisa Norton, and mentor Clare Hill, who will also bring experience from her Roots to Resilience programme.
