This session is a collaboration between the Land Stories Collective and the Exeter Seed Bank, with the participation of visitors from Palestine. We will explore Palestinian seed and food security and sovereignty as we shape clay pots to hold Palestinian heritage seeds. Speakers will guide intimate conversations about grief, hope, land and resistance. Together, we will reflect on how we can advance the rights to seed, food security, and the sovereignty of Palestine. We will close the session by coming together to share freshly prepared flatbreads and za’atar, reflecting through taste and touch how we honour the political, ecological and embodied histories of Palestinian land and life.
