This session is for anyone interested in finding out more about Participatory Guarantee Systems (PGS), or anybody who would like to share their experience or knowledge in this area. Are you looking for a different way to certify your farm? Are you interested in developing a peer review group with other local farmers and growers? Then this workshop is for you! PGS has been developed and used in countries across the world, but not in the UK. We will briefly outline the diverse ways in which it has been used globally, before opening up the discussion to workshop participants about how and why it might be useful to develop it in the UK context.
