Supporter Tickets Now on Sale!

These tickets are for anyone who can pay a little more so we can provide low-cost tickets and bursaries for people to attend – either in-person or online – who might find the cost of a ticket a barrier.

Buying an ORFC supporter ticket is an act of solidarity with others in the movement who don’t have the same financial means. These may be new entrant or small-scale farmers and producers, people on low wages or no wages and people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Your financial support enables us to increase the number of free and low-cost tickets we make available and will help to increase equity and diversity across the whole conference. Last year, ORFC supporters funded 1,200 free bursaries across online and in-person conferences.

In response to delegate feedback, we are offering the new option of adding a donation when you purchase your ticket this year. This can be used to ‘pay it forward’ and cover the cost of another ticket, enabling us to offer more subsidised spaces. Any donation, however small, will help support the radical and inclusive culture of ORFC by contributing to livestreaming, bursaries, and the many ways in which we strive to make the conference accessible to all.

About ORFC 2025

For the 16th annual conference, ORFC will be welcoming our global community to Oxford both in person and via online livestream. To streamline the delegate experience, we will be broadcasting the livestreamed sessions via YouTube.

This year’s hybrid conference will run from Thursday, 9th January through Friday 10th January with in-person registration opening on the evening of Wednesday, 8th January.

An online ticket will give you access to 45+ sessions livestreamed from Oxford. An in-person ticket will give you access to all the sessions in Oxford (145+) including all the livestreamed sessions so that you can catch up on anything you missed after leaving the in-person conference. Tickets for the in-person ORFC go very quickly and space is limited, so book now to guarantee your place for January.

To show our gratitude for your support, those who buy a supporter ticket will have their name or the name of their organisation printed in the ORFC programme; while those who buy an online supporter ticket will have their name printed on our website.
