This workshop will offer three creative thinking groups for older non-landowning landworkers and tenants. One group will focus on gaining access and the fulfillment of a life’s dream for older people who have not had a chance to work on the land before but who may have the chance in later life (e.g. after retirement). The second group will explore continuing to work. Adapting ageing bodies, keeping minds alive, and adjusting and re-imagining land work to continue into older age. A group for long servers! The third group will explore passing the torch. Mindful ways to pass a life’s work on to the young as non-landowners. Innovative ideas to pass on skills, tools, businesses, tenancies. Sharing findings to create a meaningful journey.
