LUSH is a model for providing high- quality food to food poverty projects at the same time as paying the supplier a full price and addressing social and community needs. We think this partnership arrangement is an unusually nifty model that addresses the many challenges of working in this area, so we want to explain and showcase it. We will examine the issues and hear a case study from the ground.
