ORFC 2026 8 – 9 Jan
The Open Food Network supports a vibrant network of food enterprises that are deeply embedded in their communities. During COVID, these food enterprises showed how important they are for community resilience. Three existing food hubs will share their wonderful and different approaches to creating and running their enterprises. We will hear how they got started, and how they built a network of local growers and farmers. We’ll share information and advice for planning a new Food Hub or expanding the operations of an existing one. We hope that this session will encourage and support more people to build a vibrant local food economy in their own communities.
