We believe that education is at the heart of the solution to the climate crisis, helping more people to feel a connection to their food and the world around them. Hear from a teacher, a farmer, a cook and a student or two about their experience bringing food and farming into the education system. GROW in North London is a charity delivering pioneering outdoor education on their six acre farm set up on land owned by a state secondary school. Greenside Primary School have designed their entire curriculum around food, growing their own wheat and running a microbakery from the school. And Chefs in Schools have helped over 80 schools to radically transform their kitchens to produce healthy, seasonal meals.
