ORFC in the Field @ Wakelyns – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in ORFC in the Field @ Wakelyns! ORFC in the Field is organised in collaboration with Wakelyns and managed by The Real Farming Trust, a charity (1061607) and company limited by guarantee (3336839). By purchasing your ticket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  • Code of Conduct:
    • ORFC is dedicated to creating an inclusive and respectful environment. It should go without saying that harassment of attendees, workshop leaders, speakers or staff will not be permitted. If an attendee engages in harassing behaviour, the ORFC and Wakelyns team will take appropriate action, including issuing a warning or expelling from the event with no refund.
    • Actions taken for violation of the code of conduct are at the sole discretion of ORFC and Wakelyns staff and volunteers.
  • Ticket Fees
    • All attendees must register to participate. Two day tickets are £145 (plus booking fee) and include access to workshops and lunches on both days.
    • An additional meal ticket including dinner on 8 September and breakfast on 9 September is also available for £25 (plus booking fee).
    • Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain.
    • Income from ticket fees go towards covering the cost of the event. Your ticket purchase helps make ORFC in the Field possible. Thank you for your support.
  • COVID-19
    • In the (hopefully unlikely) event that ORFC in the Field is postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions, you may have your ticket roll over to the future dates or receive a full refund (less booking fees).
  • Liability
    • ORFC and Wakelyns shall not be liable for any loss, injury, sickness or damage to any delegate or their property occurring during or after the event.
  • Allergies
    • Please note we cannot guarantee that the food served will be totally free of nuts, gluten or other things that you may be intolerant of or allergic to. If you know that you are severely allergic to anything, please bring your own food. Unfortunately, we cannot cater to those with severe allergies.
