Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in ORFC in the Field! ORFC in the Field is organised and managed by The Real Farming Trust, a charity (1061607) and company limited by guarantee (3336839). By purchasing your ticket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Code of Conduct

ORFC is dedicated to creating an inclusive and respectful environment. It should go without saying that harassment of attendees, workshop leaders, speakers or staff will not be permitted. If an attendee engages in harassing behaviour, the ORFC and venue team will take appropriate action, including issuing a warning or expelling from the event with no refund.

Actions taken for violation of the code of conduct are at the sole discretion of ORFC and venue staff and volunteers.

Ticket Fees

All attendees must register to participate. Two day tickets include access to workshops and lunches on both days.

Evening meals are not included and will be booked according to demand.

Income from ticket fees go towards covering the cost of the event. Your ticket purchase helps make ORFC in the Field possible. Thank you for your support.

Liability

ORFC and the venue shall not be liable for any loss, injury, sickness or damage to any delegate or their property occurring during or after the event.

If there are any needs or concerns that have not been addressed by the event organisers, please get in touch at info@orfc.org.uk.

Refund Policy and Transfer of Tickets

Refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least three weeks ahead of the event. No refunds or transfers will be provided after this date. Please note booking fees are non-refundable.

Photography, Video and Audio Recording Consent

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness and voice in connection with the production, exhibition and advertising of any photography, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof.

Programme Changes

ORFC reserves the right to make changes to the programme at any time and for whatever reason.
