ORFC Global 2021 – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in ORFC Global 2021! We are excited to gather to learn from each other and strengthen the real food and farming movement. The ORFC is organised and managed by The Real Farming Trust, a charity (1061607) and company limited by guarantee (3336839). By purchasing your ticket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  • Code of Conduct:
    • ORFC is dedicated to creating an inclusive and respectful environment. It should go without saying that harassment of attendees, speakers, exhibitors or staff will not be permitted. If a delegate engages in harassing behaviour, the ORFC team will take appropriate action, including issuing a warning or expelling from the conference with no refund.
    • Conference sessions are not to be used to promote company services.
    • Actions taken for violation of the code of conduct are at the sole discretion of ORFC staff and volunteers.
  • Ticket Fees
    • All delegates must register to participate in the live online conference.
    • Tickets are free to all delegates from majority world countries (outside of Western Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand).
    • For delegates in Western Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand:
      • Early bird tickets are available through Wednesday, 18 November 2020 and cost £15 for farmers and £25 for general admissions.
      • From Thursday, 19 November 2020, ticket prices are £20 for farmers, £25 for speakers, and £35 for general admissions.
      • If cost is a barrier, bursaries are available here.
    • Income from ticket fees go towards covering the cost of the conference. Your ticket purchase helps make the conference possible. Thank you for your support.
    • Any surplus generated from ticket sales will be used to further the aims and objectives of the ORFC and/or the wider charitable activities of the Real Farming Trust. How any surplus is used is at the sole discretion of the trustees of the Real Farming Trust.
  • Accessibility
    • If there are any needs or concerns that have not been addressed by the conference organisers, please do get in touch at info@orfc.org.uk.
  • Refund Policy and Transfer of Tickets
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to brittany@orfc.org.uk by Monday, 21 December 2020. Please note booking fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided after this date.
    • If you would like to transfer your ticket to another delegate, please contact brittany@orfc.org.uk by Tuesday, 5 January 2021 to ensure the new delegate will have access to the full conference. While we will do our best to accommodate each request, we cannot guarantee ticket transfer requests made after this time.
  • Video and Audio Recording Consent
    • All webinar-format sessions will be recorded and made publicly available. Meeting-format workshops and breakout groups may also be recorded. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness and voice in connection with the production, exhibition and advertising of any video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof.
  • Programme Changes
    • ORFC reserves the right to make changes to the programme at any time and for whatever reason.
