ORFC 2026 – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in the Oxford Real Farming Conference (ORFC) 2026. ORFC is organised by The Real Farming Trust (RFT), a charity (1061607) and company limited by guarantee (3336839). By purchasing your ticket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Code of Conduct
- ORFC is dedicated to creating an inclusive and respectful environment, where different opinions can be expressed within the context of respect for others. It should go without saying that harassment of attendees, workshop leaders, speakers or staff will not be permitted.
- Actions taken for violation of the code of conduct are at the sole discretion of ORFC staff and volunteers.
- Conference sessions are not to be used to promote company services.

Ticket Fees
- All attendees must register to participate in the in-person or online conference.
- In-person ticket prices for ORFC 2025:
  - Supporter tickets are £225 (plus £9.50 booking fee).
  - Pay it Forward tickets are £375 (plus £12 booking fee).
- Online ticket prices for ORFC 2025:
  - Supporter tickets are £50 (plus £3 booking fee).
- Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain.
- Income from ticket fees goes towards covering the cost of the event. Any surplus is used to support and develop other ORFC events and/or as a contribution to RFT overheads and related charitable activities. Your ticket purchase helps make ORFC possible. Thank you for your support.

Cancellation Policy
- In the event that ORFC 2026 is cancelled, ticket buyers are entitled to a full refund (less booking fee). Refunds will be issued to the original card used to purchase the ticket(s).

Liability
- ORFC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, sickness or damage to any delegate or their property occurring during or after the event.
- ORFC is not liable for circumstances that preclude a ticket holder from attending and cannot issue ticket refunds past the refund deadline under any circumstances. ORFC is not liable for loss of expenses incurred.

- If there are any needs or concerns that have not been addressed by the event organisers, please get in touch at info@orfc.org.uk.

Refund Policy and Transfer of Tickets
- - From Thursday, 6 November 2025, refunds will incur an administrative fee of 20% of the ticket price.
  - Refund requests must be submitted in writing to caitlin@orfc.org.uk by Thursday, 4 December 2025. No refunds will be provided after this date, without exception.
  - Please note booking fees are non-refundable.
  If you would like to transfer your ticket to another attendee, please contact caitlin@orfc.org.uk by Thursday, 4 December 2025.

Photography, Video and Audio Recording Consent
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness and voice in connection with the production, exhibition and advertising of any photography, video and/or audio recording of this in-person and online event and/or any element thereof.

Programme Changes
- ORFC reserves the right to make changes to the programme at any time and for whatever reason.
