ORFC 2025 Online

Online Conference Guide

Having difficulty logging in, or unsure about how to navigate the conference?

Watch our guided demo:

How the conference will work and how to access it
All registered delegates can access the full online conference via a password-protected delegates only area on the ORFC website. Instructions on how to access the conference will be sent to all registered delegates on Monday, 6th January. Delegates who register after this date will receive the instructions in their order confirmation email.

All online sessions will be live-streamed through YouTube. Sessions will be available for replay for delegates within 30 minutes after they have finished. Sessions will be made available publicly via the ORFC YouTube channel after the conference in February.

Browsers, devices and apps
For the best experience, access the online conference on your laptop or desktop computer on Chrome.

You can also use a mobile phone or tablet. For compatible phones (iPhone, Android), downloading the YouTube mobile app via your phone’s App Store will give the best experience.

It will help to have a good internet connection. You can test your connection in the location you will use at www.speedtest.net.

The examples here describe screen layouts for computer screens. Screen layout will vary for smaller devices.

Interacting with sessions
To add comments or submit questions via the chat (located under the video player), you will need to create a YouTube account and channel. Please view our demo video for instructions on how to set this up to interact with the live-streamed sessions.

Remember to use Google Chrome browser as sometimes if you are using a different browser such as Safari or Firefox then the chat may not display at all.

Please note the ORFC Code of Conduct and be kind and respectful.

Subtitles
Automatically generated subtitles are available on each session. To enable subtitles, click on the subtitles/closed captions icon in the lower right corner of the video window.

ORFC Online Notice Board – Announcements, job opportunities, resources, meet-ups, and more

The ORFC online notice board will remain open through January 2025.
