ORFC 2024 – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in the Oxford Real Farming Conference (ORFC) 2024. ORFC is organised by The Real Farming Trust (RFT), a charity (1061607) and company limited by guarantee (3336839). By purchasing your ticket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Code of Conduct
- ORFC is dedicated to creating an inclusive and respectful environment, where different opinions can be expressed within the context of respect for others. It should go without saying that harassment of attendees, workshop leaders, speakers or staff will not be permitted.
- Actions taken for violation of the code of conduct are at the sole discretion of ORFC staff and volunteers.
- Conference sessions are not to be used to promote company services.

Ticket Fees
- All attendees must register to participate in the in-person or online conference.
- In-person ticket prices for ORFC 2024:
  - Supporter tickets are £175 (plus £8.75 booking fee).
  - General tickets are £125 (plus £6 booking fee).
  - Farmer tickets are £95 (plus £5 booking fee).
  - Subsidised tickets are £65 (plus £3.50 booking fee).
- Online ticket prices for ORFC 2024:
  - Supporter tickets are £50 (plus £3.00 booking fee).
  - General tickets are £35 (plus £2 booking fee).
  - Farmer tickets are £25 (plus £1.50 booking fee).
  - Subsidised tickets are £15 (plus £1 booking fee).
  - Bursary tickets are free for online delegates outside of Western Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
- Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain.
- Income from ticket fees goes towards covering the cost of the event. Any surplus is used to support and develop other ORFC events and/or as a contribution to RFT overheads and related charitable activities. Your ticket purchase helps make ORFC possible. Thank you for your support.

Cancellation Policy
- In the event that ORFC 2024 is cancelled, ticket buyers are entitled to a full refund (less booking fee). Refunds will be issued to the original card used to purchase the ticket(s).

Liability
- ORFC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, sickness or damage to any delegate or their property occurring during or after the event.
- ORFC is not liable for circumstances that preclude a ticket holder from attending and cannot issue ticket refunds past the refund deadline under any circumstances. ORFC is not liable for loss of expenses incurred.

- If there are any needs or concerns that have not been addressed by the event organisers, please get in touch at info@orfc.org.uk.

Refund Policy and Transfer of Tickets
- From Monday, 6 November, refunds will incur an administrative fee of 20% of the ticket price.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to brittany@orfc.org.uk by Monday, 4 December 2023. No refunds will be provided after this date.
- Please note booking fees are non-refundable.
- If you would like to transfer your in-person ticket to another attendee, please contact brittany@orfc.org.uk by Monday, 4 December 2023.
- If you would like to transfer your online ticket to another attendee, please contact brittany@orfc.org.uk no later than Wednesday, 27 December 2023.

Photography, Video and Audio Recording Consent
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness and voice in connection with the production, exhibition and advertising of any photography, video and/or audio recording of this in-person and online event and/or any element thereof.

Programme Changes
- ORFC reserves the right to make changes to the programme at any time and for whatever reason.
