How the conference will work and how to access it

Please note: To streamline the online delegate experience, we are broadcasting livestreamed sessions via YouTube. Continue to follow the instructions below to access the online content.

You will need a YouTube account to use the chat function. ~to do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to YouTube.
  2. In the top right, click Sign in.
  3. Click Create Account.
  4. Choose For myself or To manage my business.

All registered delegates can access ORFC 2024 through the online programme or via your registration email. All sessions will be held through Crowdcast, which is embedded onto each session page. 

All sessions will be available for replay for delegates. These will also be made available via the ORFC YouTube channel after the conference in February.

Browsers, devices and apps

For the best experience, access the online conference on your laptop or desktop computer on Chrome (optimal) or Firefox.

You can also use phones and tablets. For compatible phones (iPhone, Android), downloading the Crowdcast mobile app via your phone’s App Store will give the best experience.

It will help to have a good internet connection. You can test your connection in the location you will use at www.speedtest.net.

Signing in

You must sign in using the same email that you booked your ticket with. If you cannot access that email and need access through another email, please let us know as soon as possible.

Once logged in, you will have access to ORFC 2024. If for some reason you are not recognised with permission to access the conference, please contact support@orfc.org.uk

ORFC Online Notice Board – Announcements, job opportunities, resources, meet-ups, and more

Open to all ORFC attendees in-person and online, the ORFC online notice board is a space to share resources, events, announcements and more. Click here to join and enter the password (included in delegate emails).

The ORFC online notice board will remain open through January 2024.

Otherwise, you can email the ORFC support team on support@orfc.org.uk from Tuesday, 2nd January.

Sometimes email can go stray as they pass through various security filters en route. If you didn’t receive your confirmation email with a link to access the conference, please firstly check your spam folder. You can use the support email support@orfc.org.uk if you need us to re-send instructions to you.

You can also join the ORFC Drop-in Help Desk on Zoom. The times for these are available here:

Thursday, 4th January 2024

12pm – 1pm GMT
5pm – 6pm GMT

Friday, 5th January 2024
8.30am – 9.30am GMT
12pm – 1pm GMT

Please see the delegate emails sent during the week of the conference for the Zoom link to join the drop-in help desk.

If you are not receiving emails from ORFC, please check your spam folder. Be sure to add info@orfc.org.uk to your list of contacts. 

If you have previously unsubscribed from the ORFC mailing list, you will need to re-subscribe to receive email communications from us. You can sign up to the ORFC newsletter via the sign up form near the bottom of the ORFC homepage.

It is also possible there may have been a typo in your email when your ticket was booked, which we can fix!
