IN-PERSON ExhibitionÂ
In-person conference: 8 – 9 January 2026
In-person exhibitors can reach more than 1,800 delegates in Oxford throughout the full two-day, in-person event.

IN-PERSON exhibition: £500 – £650*
*Please note the in-person exhibition space does not include tickets for exhibitors. All exhibition staff must purchase tickets for the conference.Â
- A 6ft table in the Town Hall is £650, not including any tickets.
- A 4ft table in the Town Hall is £550, not including any tickets.
- A 6ft table in our new Speakers Hall at the Oxford University Catholic Chaplaincy is £500, not including any tickets.

ONLINE ExhibitionÂ
Online conference: 8 – 9 January 2026
ORFC 2026 online exhibitors can reach more than 3,000 members of the real food and farming community across the UK and around the world without the environmental impact of travel.Â
Online exhibitors will maintain a virtual presence at ORFC which will remain live for the full duration of the conference and beyond, through 31 January 2026.Â
Benefits include:
- Two complimentary online tickets to ORFC 2026
- Company logo and website linked from the conference website
- Company logo and website included in conference newsletters promoting the exhibit hall
- Personalised booth ‘live’ from December 2025 through January 2026
Online exhibition package: £300*
*50% discount (£150) for in-person exhibitors.Â
Customised online exhibition stall includes:
- Slider featuring your photos and/or video
- Organisation description (up to 250 words)
- Links to your website and social media channels
- Links to any PDF materials you would like to highlight (such as brochures, presentations, and more)
- Link to your scheduling software (e.g., Calendly) for visitors to book a 1-on-1 meeting during hours you designate (optional)
- Featured links to any promotional discounts you would like to offer (optional)

Please note the number of in-person exhibit spaces at ORFC is limited, and not all applicants are guaranteed a space. Priority will be given to agroecological farming networks and not-for-profit organisations that share our aims of food sovereignty, agroecology and economic democracy.
ORFC reserves the right to decline or prohibit any group, exhibit, or part of an exhibit that is not in keeping with our guiding principles.
