Info for Exhibitors

Please note all exhibition spaces have now been allocated.
So please only register your interest below to be considered for ORFC 2021.

Exhibition spaces at the 2020 conference are split between two areas:

  • the Main Hall, which has an open space where people gather in the breaks in the proceedings; and
  • the Church, which is a refreshment and informal networking area.

There are three main exhibition options: a 6ft table in the Main Hall, a 4ft table in the Main Hall, or a 6ft table in the St Aldates Church exhibition space. All options include two chairs. As part of your table area there is room for a pop-up banner, and possibly other equipment as long as you let us know. Electricity can be provided if needed and notified in advance.

Deliveries can be received to the Town Hall or the Church on the afternoon of Tuesday 7th January. For exhibitors in the Church, it is recommended you set up by 6pm on Tuesday 7th January, so you can take advantage of the evening sessions to talk to people at your stall. It is also recommended that you stay set up on the evening of Wednesday 8th January; you will need to clear away at 7pm for the music, and store (non-valuable) items away in the Church. You will then need to set up again on Thursday morning. For exhibitors in the Main Hall, you will need to set up by 8am on Wednesday 8th January. Stalls must be cleared by 6pm on Thursday 9th January. Collections need to be by Friday 10th January at the latest.

Space will be limited and the last five years have sold out. We allocate exhibition spaces in the order we receive payment, so please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we can accommodate you.
