LION aims to disrupt oppressive land dynamics relating to BPOC communities in Britain. We address land justice as a centre point for issues around food insecurity, health inequalities, environmental injustice & widespread disconnect from the living planet. Land rights are the basis for revolution and sovereignty in our communities. We are working to transform the narrative around land in Britain in how it relates to intersections of race, gender and class for systemic change.

LEAP offers a mix of affordable loans and grants, side by side with a comprehensive mentoring programme and hands on approach. LEAP is a new model for funding food and farming enterprises that puts people and the biosphere at the heart of our food system. It provides a critical next step for community based agroecological enterprises that have relied on grant funding to date and have had nowhere to go to finance their onward development.

The Landworkers' Alliance is a union of farmers, growers, foresters and land-based workers based in the UK. It is an affiliate of La Via Campesina, an international association of peasant and farming organisations which advocates for food sovereignty as an alternative to corporate-driven industrial agriculture. LVC is made up of 182 local and national organizations in 81 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas, and represents over 200 million farmers.

Innovative Farmers is a not for profit network for farmers and growers who run on farm trials, on their own terms. We put farmers in the driving seat of research to help speed up the adoption of agroecological farming practices in the UK. By introducing farmers and researchers to the benefits of on-farm research, they are supported to collaborate and find solutions to agricultural problems. The results are open to all so everyone can benefit.

The Soil Association charity supports organic farmers and the wider farming community to achieve healthy, humane and sustainable farming practices. We work within the agricultural sector to promote innovation and best practice, enabling farmers to develop and adopt techniques that are better for the environment and their businesses. To do this we offer training, technical guidance and knowledge sharing events as well as coordinating farmer-led research. In addition, we influence policy, grounding our campaigns in practical experience.
