The deadline for refunds is 1st December.
The 2020 conference will once again take place in the St Aldates Church and the Oxford Town Hall. In the Church there will be open space networking, stalls serving simple street food at lunch times and in the evenings, and an evening bar.
As in previous years, evening dinners are available at the wonderful Vaults & Garden and Turl Street Kitchen. Tickets for these meals are now sold out, and were available to purchase alongside tickets to the conference.
The callout for programme contributions has happened and the programme will shortly be released.

8th Jan only – £60 (£40 for small farmers / growers / primary producers)
9th Jan only – £60 (£40 for small farmers / growers / primary producers)

In 2020, early registration will take place the night before, from 6pm to 9pm, in St Aldates Church. Food and drinks will also be available, so it is recommended to arrive the evening before if you can.
There will stalls serving simple street food in St Aldates Church where delegates can purchase food at lunch on both days and in the evenings of the 7th and 8th. The conference will also host more formal dinners at the Vaults & Garden and Turl Street Kitchen on the 8th.
Tickets for these dinners were £35 and were available to purchase alongside tickets to the conference. Turl Street Kitchen will be serving pasture-fed beef and Vaults & Garden will be serving organic lamb – with both offering a hearty vegetarian option as well.
