6pm – 9pm: Early Registration at St Aldates Church
The conference kicks off with early registration from 6pm to 9pm in St Aldates Church. If you are in Oxford the night before the conference, come and register to beat the queues. There will be food and drinks available, so come and catch up with old friends and new. Not to be missed!
5pm – 6pm: Bar and open networking at St Aldates Church
After the final session in the Main Hall, nip over to the St Aldates Church for a drink and a chat. The LWA will be selling a range of alcoholic and soft drinks, including real ale and British wines.
6pm – 9pm: Food market and bar at St Aldates Church
Grab a bite to eat (or several) in our open networking space, have a seat and chat to other delegates. The bar will be open and there will be several food options served market-style – so bring some cash.
7pm – 9pm: Evening Dinners with Good Food Oxford
Two of our favourite Oxford restaurants will be hosting the evening dinners for this year’s conference. This is a chance to have a proper three course sit-down meal in convivial surroundings. Please note, tickets for the Evening Dinners need to be booked with your standard delegate ticket.
9pm – 10pm: The Landworkers’ Alliance host St Aldate’s Church
As we slide into the evening, the Landworkers’ Alliance will take over the St Aldates Church for their legendary ceilidh, starting at 9pm. Drinks will still be available. All delegates are welcome (depending on capacity) and there will be no charge on the door.
10pm – Midnight: Last orders at St Aldates Tavern
For those not too worried about an early start the next day, the last stragglers are likely to convene on St Aldates Tavern.
5pm: Conference ends
The conference finishes! Go home!
No, seriously, many delegates are likely to convene on St Aldates Tavern opposite the Town Hall, Turl Street Kitchen and the Jam Factory for a final farewell. The Jam Factory is just opposite the station so you can make a quick getaway.
