Exhibitors Information

EXHIBITION SPACES ARE NOW SOLD OUT. You can register your interest for 2020 by adding your organisation’s details to the form below.

Exhibition spaces at the 2019 conference are split between two areas:

  • the Main Hall, which has an open space where people gather in the breaks in the proceedings; and
  • the Church, which is a refreshment and informal networking area.

There are two main exhibition options: a 6ft table or a 4ft table. As part of your table area there is room for two chairs, a pop-up banner, and possibly other equipment as long as you let us know. Electricity can be provided if needed and notified in advance.

Deliveries can be received to the Town Hall or the Church on the afternoon of Wednesday 2nd January, and stalls will need to set up by 8.00am on Thursday 3rd January. Collections need to be by Monday 7th January at the latest.

Space will be limited and the last four years have sold out. We allocate exhibition spaces in the order we receive payment, so please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we can accommodate you.
