Exhibitors Information

A number of exhibition spaces are available at the 2019 conference. We are still confirming how the exhibition will run in 2019. Please scroll to the form at the bottom of the page to register your interest.


A number of exhibition spaces are available at the 2018 conference. Most of these are in the Main Hall, which has an open space where people gather in the breaks in the proceedings. There may be scope for some stalls in other meetings areas – if you wish to have a stall linked specifically to one session or presentation then please contact us. There is also the option to have a presence at the evening sessions, for example at early registration, the evening reception, a networking session or the evening party.

There are two main exhibition options: a 6ft table or a 4ft table. As part of your table area there is room for two chairs, a pop-up banner, and possibly other equipment as long as you let us know. Electricity can be provided if needed and notified in advance.

Deliveries can be received to the Town Hall on the afternoon of Wednesday 2nd January, and stalls will need to set up by 8.00am on Thursday 3rd January. Collections need to be by Monday 7th January at the latest.

Space will be limited and the last three years have sold out. We allocate exhibition spaces in the order we receive payment, so please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we can accommodate you.
