ORFC 2019 – Tickets now on sale

Tickets for the 10th annual Oxford Real Farming Conference are now on sale and can be purchased here.

The 2019 conference will be the biggest yet – with more sessions, more delegates and a new additional venue. This year, as well as the Town Hall and Christopher Room, we will be taking over St Aldate’s Church. In the Church there will be open space networking, stalls serving simple street food at lunch times and in the evenings, and an evening bar.

As in previous years, evening dinners are available at the wonderful Vaults & Garden and Turl Street Kitchen. Tickets for these meals can be purchased alongside tickets to the conference.

The programme is shaping up nicely (thank you to everyone who sent in proposals) and we will be releasing details of the sessions in the coming weeks.

The following tickets are available here:
Both days – £60
3rd Jan only – £40
4th Jan only – £40
Bursaries – £20. A small number of bursary places are available for students and small-scale
farmers. To apply for a bursary ticket please fill out this form by 31st October.

Early registration
In 2019, early registration will take place the night before, from 7pm to 9pm, in St Aldate’s
Church (please note the new venue). Food and drinks will also be available, so it is
recommended to arrive the evening before if you can.

There will stalls serving simple street food in St Aldate’s Church where delegates can purchase food at lunch on both days and in the evenings of the 2nd and 3rd. The conference will also host more formal dinners at the Vaults & Garden and Turl Street Kitchen on the 3rd.

Tickets for these dinners are £28.50 and available to purchase alongside tickets to the
conference. Turl Street Kitchen will be serving pasture-fed beef and Vaults & Garden will be
serving organic lamb – with both offering a hearty vegetarian option as well.

Please see the accommodation page for more details and please book early.

*Remember – tickets sell out quickly so get yours ASAP*

We are really looking forward to celebrating the 10th anniversary of the conference with you and to hosting some fantastic sessions – we hope to see you in January!
